We attended the Constructing Excellence Awards Northeast this month where our Core364 project was honoured with the sustainability award. DTA working on behalf of the main contractor Engie and Client Gentoo delivered the Electrical and Structural designs for seven tower blocks in Sunderland, which were decarbonised and had ground source heat pumps installed to provide space heating and hot water throughout.
