Working with JDDK architects and Gentoo’s main site team, DTA have successfully delivered another high rise tower block refurbishment for the benefit of the residents of Gentoo. Darcy Court is the latest of over 18 high rise block refurbishments DTA have completed with Gentoo over a period of over 15 years. This block is the first high rise tower block that Gentoo have installed with a sprinkler system to each of the 104 domestic apartments of the building.
