DTA were appointed as the Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers for the project which involved the refurbishment of the open plan terrace area, teaching spaces within the University Building.

Particular attention was required to improve the energy efficiency of the existing lighting installation with local occupancy and daylight dimming facilities introduced throughout.
