This complex project consisted of the conversion of an old nightclub into private apartments. The engineered solution for the mechanical and electrical services needed to accommodate the existing building structure which could not be altered. The result was a thoroughly planned installation combining a mixture of under floor and high level services due to multiple changes in height.
